Fit isn’t quite feeling right? Try Washing Your Items First
If you are unsure of the fit, please wash the item to account for any natural fabric settling or change in feel. Even if the clothes feel a little tight, this will demonstrate exactly what adjustments our tailors need to make. Please note: washing your scrubs will not affect your eligibility for a free refit or refund.

Start Your Refit

Please follow the instructions below within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will ship your free custom scrub refit within two weeks.

1) Document the Fit: Take 3 Photos In Your MedTailor Scrubs

Take a few photos of yourself in your MedTailor scrubs so our experts can analyze the fit. Please follow these tips:

-Take photos from the front, side, and back

-Get your whole body in the frame

-If you are sending pictures of a scrub top, please make sure to wear it untucked

-It's easiest if you ask a friend to take a photo of you. Alternatively, you can use your phone's camera timer on a nearby surface
