Refund policy

If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will be happy to process a return for you.

To return your scrubs, please contact us via email at support@medtailor.com for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)

To receive a refund, please:

• Contact us within 30 days of the receipt of your items
• Contact us at support@medtailor.com for an RMA number and include it in your package

Returns made to MedTailor will be refunded in the form of the original payment method.
